Casey joined Oliver James and Proper Pies in 2011 as company Technical Assistant & Specifications Technologist, her first position in the food manufacturing industry. Casey progressed quickly through practical training, and with the company’s support has achieved Level 4 HACCP & Level 4 Managing Food Safety along with other industry recognised awards. Casey was appointed Company Technical Manager for both Oliver James and Proper Pies in 2017. The company has achieved a high technical standard in BRC and customer audits, and has a policy of continuous improvement within the company’s technical framework.
