We have invested in the world’s most advanced industrial Armor Inox sous vide ‘under vacuum’ cooking and chilling system. Products are vacuum packed in pouches and then slow cooked using the traditional immersive water bath method, rather than steam ovens. The water bath method effectively retains the juices producing deliciously tender and flavoursome proteins, sauces, pulses and vegetables.
